Service
Hookframe Studio ("Hookframe") delivers AI-generated video advertising creative on the tier purchased (Spark, Engine, Studio). Hookframe does not buy media, manage ad accounts, or guarantee any specific commercial outcome beyond the explicit ROAS Promise stated below.
SLA
Engine: first batch delivered within 7 calendar days of completed kickoff. Subsequent monthly batches delivered within 7 calendar days of the monthly batch start date. Spark: 7 days. Studio: 5 days priority. SLA is suspended for client delays in approval, asset delivery, or revision response beyond 24 hours.
Revisions
Spark: 1 revision round. Engine: 2 per batch. Studio: per scope. Revisions outside agreed scope billed at $250/hour or rolled into next batch at our discretion.
Refunds & Guarantee
30-Day ROAS Promise (Engine only): if no Hookframe ad in the first delivered batch beats the client's 30-day blended ROAS in a properly configured clean Meta dynamic creative test, Hookframe refunds the first month in full. Client retains all delivered assets. Requires standard test setup verified by Hookframe on Day 0. SLA breach refund: if Hookframe misses the 7-day delivery SLA twice consecutively, the affected month is refunded.
IP & usage rights
On full payment, all delivered creative assets transfer to client for unlimited paid-media use across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid platforms in perpetuity. Hookframe retains the right to display assets in our portfolio (Work page) unless an NDA is in place. Hookframe retains rights to underlying frameworks, scripts templates, and the Hook Vault.
Term & cancellation
Spark: one-shot, no commitment. Engine: 90-day initial term, month-to-month thereafter, 30 days' written notice to cancel. Studio: 6-month term, 60 days' written notice to renew or cancel.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDA on engagement. Client data, ad-account access, brand assets, and performance data treated as confidential.
Liability
Hookframe's total liability capped at fees paid in the trailing 12 months. No liability for ad-platform policy actions, account suspensions, or commercial outcomes outside the explicit ROAS Promise.
Governing law
To be confirmed at MSA execution based on entity domicile.
