We jump on Zoom, pull your Meta ad library, ask the eight questions that matter, and take a screenshot of your last 60 days of spend. No discovery deck. No "let's align on objectives." We already know — you want lower CAC.

Strategy lock.

By end of Day 1, you have a Notion doc with 6 angles, 5 hook variants per angle, a ranked priority order, and the visual treatment for each. Approve in Slack with thumbs-up emojis or send back changes inline.

  • 30 hook lines, written in DR voice (PAS / contrast / demo / stat-led)
  • Visual treatments — composition, pacing, music tier per angle

Day 2–4
AI generation + edit

Cinematography & cut.

We feed the locked scripts into our AI generation stack (Higgsfield-class for cinema shots, Veo for product realism, Runway for motion fills, Suno for music beds). Editor passes for pacing, captions, sound design. QA pass for ad-policy compliance.

  • Multi-engine generation, picking the right tool per shot

Loom + Frame.io

Internal QA + revisions.

Internal review against our 12-point pre-flight checklist. We send a Loom walkthrough by 6pm Day 5. You leave timecoded comments in Frame.io overnight.

  • Caption legibility test (mobile small screen)
  • Meta policy pass (claims, comparators, before/after)
  • File-naming pass (matches your account convention)

Final cut + delivery

Deliver.

Final MP4s land in your shared Drive folder. SRT files for accessibility. A "Meta-ready" zip with files named to your account convention. Optional: we upload directly to your Meta + TikTok ad accounts using your shared access.
