What we collect
If you book an audit or sign up for the Hook Vault, we collect: your name, email, Shopify store URL (audit only), and ad-spend bracket. That's it. We do not request access to your Meta or TikTok ad accounts unless you explicitly grant it as part of paid engagement.
What we don't collect
We don't run third-party advertising pixels on this site. No Meta Pixel. No TikTok Pixel. No Google Ads tag. The site uses privacy-friendly first-party analytics only.
Who has access
Form submissions go to: Formspree (form processor), our internal CRM (Notion + Airtable), and our email tool (Loops). No third-party data brokers.
How long we keep data
Audit-request data: 24 months. Hook Vault email: until you unsubscribe (one-click). Customer engagement data: 7 years (legal/tax retention).
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Email hi@hookframe.co with "data request" in the subject and we'll respond within 7 business days with export, correction, or deletion.
